Most male infertility couples will be helped with in vitro fertilization, some may need intracytoplasmic sperm injection (ICSI) and a few will require either the epididymal (PESA) or testicular (TESA) Aspiration. This sperm aspiration is a brief outpatient procedure requiring only mild sedation and is normally done by a urologist at our center.
